Your request was assigned ID# 465207. The Denton County Criminal District Attorney's Office (the "district attorney's office") received a request for a specified letter sent by a named individual to the State Bar of Texas, pertaining to two named assistant prosecutors. Although the district attorney's office takes no position as to the public availability of the submitted letter, you indicate release of this information may implicate the assistant prosecutors' privacy interests. Accordingly, you state that the district attorney's office notified the assistant prosecutors of this request for information and of their right to submit arguments to this office as to why the requested documents should not be released. See Gov't Code § 552.304 (providing that interested party may submit comments stating why information should or should not be released). We have reviewed the submitted information. As of the date of this letter, we have not received any comments from the assistant prosecutors explaining why any portion of the submitted information should not be released to the requestor. As no exceptions to disclosure have been raised, the submitted information must be released.
