Your request was assigned ID# 411232. The City of Irving (the "city") received a request for information relating to pets and animals associated with a specified address or a named individual during a three-year time interval. We have reviewed the responsive information you submitted. You inform us the city will redact a Texas driver's license number from the responsive information pursuant to the previous determination issued under section 552.130 of the Government Code in Open Records Decision No. 684 (2009). (1) Although you claim no exception to disclosure of the rest of the responsive information, you inform us a private party was notified of her right to submit comments to this office as to why the remaining information should not be released. See Gov't Code § 552.304 (any person may submit written comments stating why information at issue in request for attorney general decision should or should not be released). As of the date of this decision, this office has received no comments from the private party. Therefore, the city must release the remaining information to the requestor. This letter ruling is limited to the particular information at issue in this request and limited to the facts as presented to us; therefore, this ruling must not be relied upon as a previous determination regarding any other information or any other circumstances. This ruling triggers important deadlines regarding the rights and responsibilities of the governmental body and of the requestor.
