You ask whether certain information is subject to required public disclosure under chapter 552 of the Government Code. Your request was assigned ID# 131195.

Angelina County received a request for information regarding a settlement. You advise that this office issued Open Records Letter No. 99-2923 (1999) in connection with a prior request for the same information. You advise further that the circumstances remain the same as those existing at the time of the prior request and ruling. Therefore, you should follow Open Records Letter No. 99-2923 in responding to the instant request.

We are resolving this matter with an informal letter ruling rather than with a published open records decision. This ruling is limited to the particular records at issue under the facts presented to us in this request and should not be relied upon as a previous determination regarding any other records.
