You ask this office to reconsider our decision in Open Records Letter No.98-2522 (1998). Your request for reconsideration was assigned ID# 121796.

Open Records Letter No. 98-2511 determined that the City of Fort Worth may not withhold requested information based on section 552.103 of the Government Code. You now submit new information to support your section 552.103 claim. In particular, you now submit additional arguments to support your contention that a civil service commission constitutes litigation for purposes of section 552.103 of the Government Code.

We decline to reconsider Open Records Letter No. 98-2522 (1998). If you have questions about this ruling, please contact our office.
